Managed IT Services will supply all of your hardware and software and then run it via our secure data centres. This enables you and your business to access data and emails via a free copy of Microsoft Outlook 2007 on your desktop (or Entourage for Mac users). It also allows you to access Outlook Web Access (OWA) in any Web browser or mobile device, or by adding BlackBerry or ActiveSync as a service and using Outlook Mobile Access (OMA).
If you need to share documents with colleagues or associates, then Managed IT Services also has the solution for that too. Add on the SharePoint portal option and gain secure and easy access to your company data, anywhere and anytime. Hosted Exchange Email Add‐on features
With Managed IT Services you can also add archiving to you Hosted Exchange. This includes everything from simple message journaling – to keep an exact copy of all your messages – to compliant archiving, which fulfils regulatory requirements from the FSA,SEC, NASD, HIPAA and so on. We also offer fax via email, which gives you a local fax number and emails your faxes to you as PDFs.

Archiving
At Managed IT Services we offer two different approaches to archiving your messages so you can manage risk and meet legislative requirements for retaining electronic records:
- Mailbox mirroring – which creates a copy of every message in a separate archive folder. Using Microsoft Exchange 2010 you can choose which mailboxes to archive and whether to archive all messages or only a portion, such as External messages for example.
- Compliant archiving – which ensures messages are transmitted, remotely stored and backed up with the highest levels of security.
